A Liangzhu 5,000 year Old Jade Chi Energy Generator

Chi is the fusing of the individual life with the great cosmic life force spirit. The spirit informs the whole of nature, animate and inanimate alike, and it is the subject of an elaborate system of symbols uniting the human body with its larger cosmic context. The head corresponds to the heavens and the hair to the stars, the eyes to the sun and the ears to the moon. Blood, coursing through the veins, is a clear symbol for the rain, feeding the streams and rivers of the earth, which is further symbolized by the bones (mountains) and orifices (valleys).  Pan Ku creation legend

The Secret of Chi Energy

My journey down the Jade Road has been a remarkable one. I have traveled down this road for over 30 years with my guide and teacher Wong Tien Chung. During my travels I have seen and experienced first hand the healing powers of Jade and its ability to harness the cosmic energy Chi. What I am about to reveal to you is the hidden healing powers of Chi and the secrets of ancient jade to unleash it.

Look around you and see for yourself the quality of both health and life in our modern civilization. When you look at our modern day life styles and witness the poor mental and physical health of the general population you are often compelled to ask questions, why so much unhappiness and why so much poor health?

A simple answer that an ancient one would tell you is that the flow of Chi is blocked.

Chi Energy

Modern science has proved that all matter is energy. The ancient Chinese knew this fact thousands of years before Einstein and his theory of E=mc2. In the ancient world of the Chinese all living things are believed to be imbued with a “living” cosmic energy called Chi. The human body and mind are also a manifestation of energy and mental and physical health are both related to the flow of energy.

The ancient Chinese developed profound medical sciences and cures for aliments based on Chi. The essence of all ancient Chinese medicine is to assist in Chi Energy Flow and involves allowing Chi Energy, the collection of all the “living” energies in the body responsible for it’s general maintenance, repair, balance and well being, to flow without obstruction. The most well know form of Chinese medicine to increase the flow of Chi energy is Acupuncture.

"Chi" translated from Chinese to English is "air". Chi is everywhere and it permeates all living things. Instinctively, we all know we can not live without air, food, or water because we obtain vital energy necessary for life from these substances. Chi is invisible and it not as apparent to us as air, food or water, but like these necessities of life Chi is vital for our existence.

Unblocking  Your Flow of Chi Energy

If you are searching for vitality,   youthfulness and happiness then look no further than Chi. There are many books on this subject and many people are trying to capitalize on Chi to make money. What I am about to reveal to you is Free. The ancient ones believed that Chi can not be bought or sold because it is God’s breathe that comes from the Absolute One.

There is only one price to pay for Chi and that price is desire for health and happiness. It takes a conscious and subconscious desire to unblock your Chi and this will bring to you  vitality,  youthfulness and happiness . There is only a minimal effort required and  it will grant you monumental returns.

Recharging your Chi Energy

The first step to unblock your Chi is to “build your Chi Flow”. This is done with a simple change in your life style by making time for “recharging” your Chi. The “recharging” process is natural and requires you to find a physical place (room or garden) where you can relax and remove from your mind the anxieties of everyday life. A tranquil mind allows the body to find its natural balance and any excess inflowing energy to sink to a lower position in the body for  storage.

Sit down for a few moments and sip a cup of green tea. I have found that green tea has a relaxing and calming effect that prepares one for “recharging”. The ancient ones would use a tea ceremony to prepare themselves for Chi revitalization. I find that this works well for me and others.

You will be ready to revitalize your Chi after you have savored your tea and relaxed by thinking of its warmth and flavor. Now you are ready for your first simple Chi exercise.

The First Breath

Stand up and with your hands at your side. Bend your knees slightly and try to keep your back straight. Do not force yourself into an uncomfortable position and do not try to exert yourself. This requires very little effort and should not be uncomfortable.p161.jpg (13504 bytes)

Now with your hands at your side exhale slowly. When you feel you have exhaled most of your air raise both hands from your sides while inhaling air through your nose. As you breathe in air raise your hands slowly to your eye level. Once you have inhaled your air hold it.

Now, as you hold your air lower your arms slowly downward in front of you and think of pushing the air in your lungs down toward your abdomen. Contract your abdomen muscles slightly while you push the air down. You hands should be in front of you at waist level with palms facing downward as if holding down the air in your abdomen. Hold for a brief moment once you feel the air has reached your abdomen.

Now, release the air from your abdomen through your mouth slowly while the palms of your hands are still at your waist. As you release your air point your the palms of your hands forward in front of you as if pushing the air out of your abdomen. Exhale through your mouth and when most of your air has been exhaled repeat this procedure again.

You should take 3 to 5 breathes in one session once a day at first. Do not do any more as it will only complicate your efforts and perhaps dissuade you from continuing. If you feel dizzy or exhausted you are excreting too much mental and physical force. The process to build Chi is natural- go with the flow. You do not have to take big deep breathes of air neither do you have to exhale all your air or push hard on your abdomen muscles. This is a natural process and it is much more important to develop form with ease.

You can not sit down to do Chi exercise because sitting blocks a most important Charka. The main energizing centre for the body's basic energy system is located in the lower abdomen. When you stand to do Chi breathing exercise the energy centre is balanced and functioning correctly. If you do this exercise correctly and daily you can generate enormous amounts of Chi energy that can vitalize, invigorate, and heal your body and mind.

The Amplification of Chi with Jade

The latest discovery of the earliest Neolithic site ( Xinglongwa Culture inner Mongolia region) uncovered amazing jade artifacts. These very early people who lived 8,700 years ago (radio carbon 14 dated) worked jade into shapes of round circular amulets (Bi) and column shaped objects with hollow centers (Congs, Ts'ungs). These early ritual objects were thought to have been used for religious purposes.  From the dawn of Chinese civilization the ancient ones shaped the gemstone jade into Congs or Tsungs. What archeologist know about the Cong is that the ancient people of China during the Neolithic period utilized Congs as symbolic representations of Heaven and Earth. My studies have indicated that these ancient Congs were actually used as devices to bring “Chi” or universal energy into the house or room that the Cong presided in. The ancient ones believed that “Chi” was the cosmic force that permeated all living things and depending upon how your “Chi” flowed you were either healthy or sick.

In the ancient Chinese Book of Rites it mentions the Cong  (Ts'ung) as a symbolism of the deity earth and the Bi as symbolism of Heaven. The Neolithic people who lived thousands of years earlier believed that the Cong embodied both heaven and earth and it centered the polarity of the cosmic forces of Yin and Yang. Furthermore, artifact evidence reveals that the Neolithic people used Congs in their daily lives to Channel and recharge their Chi.

The Cong should be placed in a central room of a house where the family spends their most time. The Cong should be placed upright or on its side with the large end pointing to North and the smaller end pointing South. This allows the Chi to flow within your home.

At night a smaller Cong is placed by the bedside with he large end points to North and the smaller end points South. This allows the Chi to flow when your body and mind are resting and rejuvenating. Pleasant sleeps with positive dreams are reported by people who use ancient Congs by their bedsides. This is an ancient practice that was lost in time thousands of years ago but today more people are beginning to discover the mystical properties and benefits of these ancient jade Cong Chi generating artifacts.

Amulets made of ancient "Charged" jade in the shape of the Bi, Congs, and other shapes are also very powerful Chi generators for the body during times of activity. The ancient ones wore such amulets for protection and for achieving harmonious polarity with the cosmic forces of Yin Yang. In this modern world  high frequency micro waves and high density electron charged energy beams constantly bombard the human organism. The short and long term effects on the electromagnetic energy and bio-energy of the human organism is substantial and as yet no scientific or government agencies are revealing this reality. There is a growing need to seek the wisdoms of the ancient ones to guide humanity. Ancient Jade is the window into the past and it is a written book of knowledge left by the ancient ones to guide their ancestors to their destiny.

By careful observation of nature, humanity's destiny may yet be discovered. -ian
